You won’t find us sitting still for long. With leftover wood from the backyard or hurricanes, we’ve found our new delight: wood turning.

Bowls, plates and salt cellars are just a few of the new things we love to make. The real joy is discovering the beauty of the wood in the shape, not the shape in the wood.

Dogwood on left, maple on right. Burnished with glass napkin ring, then beeswax finish.
